2008北京现代音乐节邀请函 INVITATION

        “2008北京现代音乐节”将于2008年5月25日至30日在北京中央音乐学院隆重举行。为此我们诚挚邀请贵单位的领导、艺术家、学者及院校师生作为正式代表参加“2008北京现代音乐节”。有关“2008北京现代音乐节”节目、学术研讨会以及其他相关活动详见有关通知和项目介绍。
        正式代表需交纳会费1000元（在校学生凭学生证及所在学院教务处证明只需交纳600元），其中包括所有音乐会、研讨会、音乐节论坛的门票和相关资料费等。住宿一律自理。如需组委会安排住宿，请与中央音乐学院作曲系联系（联系人：李婷，电话及传真：010-66425720），组委会可以提供相关的酒店信息，并帮助预定。
        前来参加音乐节的正式代表请务必于5月15日之前将人员名单以电话或传真方式通知组委会，以便统一安排。
北京现代音乐节组委会对节目安排及日程有最终解释权。

INVITATION

2008 Beijing Modern will be held in the Central Conservatory of Music, Beijng, from May 25 to May 30, 2008. The organizing committee sincerely invites you, the leaders, artists, scholars, professors and students from the universities and conservatories, as the forum and other activities, please see the information and introduction to the project.

The formal representatives need to pay 1.000 RMB registration fee (the students need to pay 600 RMB with relevant certification), which includes the tickets for concerts, symposium, forum and materials. Accommodation need to be charge by themselves. If they need organizing committee to arrange the accommodation, please contact with the department of composition, it can provides the relevant information about the hotel and help to reservation.
